HELP! I need some desperate help from fellow seamstresses?

Im recreating this dress.I can sew by hand. Im pretty good because Ive been doing it since I was 7,but I have never sewn something I could actually wear other than mermaid tails a few years ago and babydoll clothes before that. Im 15, and Id like to make this dress for our school formal.
I’ve found this nice grey tulle, clear plastic boning for the bust, blue velvet ribbon, a long grey/silver zipper, and light grey satin.
Im so scared I will mess this up without a pattern, so I was wondering if anyone could give me a link to a few? The size and measurements on this site are exactly my measurements, unfortunately the dress was sold.
PLEASSEE help, I would greatly appreciate it.
I could not get the site to open to the dress of your choice.
Look through the pattern books at fabric stores for a similar look and re-draft to the look you want.
When choosing a sewing pattern for garments, you have to use your accurate body measurements and not those for RTW.

take the picture to a fabric store and look through the pattern books for something similar or exact. since you’ve never before designed clothing making a dress of this calibre will be very difficult and you might destroy your beautiful fabric and crush your self-esteem–wish I could come and help you b/c I love this type of challenge…but since I can’t then purchasing a pattern from Vogue, McCall’s, Simplicity, or Butterick is the best bet for you to make this dreamy dress! The bodice is simple enough and they’ve simply sewn gathered strips of the tulle for the tiers–it looks uncomplicated but still go for a purchased pattern that is as close as possible. check out Simplicity pattern 2400.
all my best.
